When you place your order, we ask for a phone number as an option to contact you. This is so that the courier company can call you if you are not at home. It may also happen that they leave a notice in your mailbox, so you can contact them or pick up the package at their offices

Most of our items are custom-made to order. Therefore, changes are not always possible. If you have just placed your order and realize you want to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If it's possible, we will accept your change, but we cannot guarantee it. Once the package is shipped, there is no possibility of making changes or cancellations, as your order is in the hands of the courier company
